The FAFSA should be less complicated.

I think something like this would be appropriate:

"Please check one of the following that best applies to you:

[ X ] 1. I need aid.
[   ] 2. I only sort of need aid.
[   ] 3. I'm really poor.

Thank you for your time and have a nice day. Also, you are really good-looking."
